Are the prices listed on the website per person or per apartment?
The prices listed on our website are per apartment (accommodation unit) per night. They are inclusive of taxes and there are no other fees, so the total cost of your stay will simply be the number of nights x price per night.
What are the check in and check out times?
Each accommodation unit has a diferent check in and a check out time, and they are indicated in the tab Description on its right side. Most of the Owners will gladly let your luggage at the property before check in or after check out if necessary. We recommend to ask the Owner if you have specific needs.
The description of the holiday rental I'm looking at doesn't mention anything about parking or internet or aircondition. Am I correct to assume that those things are not available at this holiday rental?
Yes, that is correct. The "Amenities" tab and Description tab will list the amenities that are available at a particular accommodation. If an amenity you are looking for does not appear in either of those sections, then the accommodation does not have it.
The holiday rental I want to book has a 3 nights minimum stay requirement, but I want to stay for only 2 nights. Is it possible for me to book?
The minimum stay requirement varies by property owner, and you will not be able to book it online for 2 nights. However, you should contact us for assistance and if the property owner accept this reservation for shorter stay, we will let you know, but you should be aware that property owners often charge a 20-30% higher price.
My party has more persons than the listing says the holiday rental sleeps, but we do not mind sharing beds.Can we still book the accommodation?
No. Each holiday rental listed on our website indicates the maximum number of persons (adults and/or children/or babies) allowed in each accommodation and it is not possible to be booked online for more persons than is stated in listing. If the number of persons exceeds the stated maximum occupancy upon arrival, the accommodation owner is under no obligation to honor a reservation and may choose to cancel the reservation or allow more persons than the maximum occupancy stated and charge an extra person supplement. In the case that owner chooses to cancel the reservation any deposit paid will be forfeited and should be reported in writing to US.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, in order for the reservation to be confirmed, you must pay a deposit in advance. It is tipically 20% of the total cost of the booking and it is not refundable. (Read more in Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy)
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be communicated with US in writing by e-mail.
The reservation deposit is non refundable for cancellations requested by the Renter (Guest).
Any full or partial cancellation of the reservation prior to arrival will result in the loss of the reservation deposit paid for the cancelled nights. In case of partial cancellation, when you would like to shorter your stay, the reservation deposit paid at time of your booking can not be applied to the balance payment you due to pay to the Owner for nights stayed. If you would like to make partial or full cancellation after your arrival at the property, no refunds of the reservation deposit and balance paid will be refunded.
I've reserved accommodation, but I have some follow-up questions about my stay.Whom should I contact?
All post-booking questions or comments should be directed to the property Owner.Their name and e-mail address can be found in the "Confirmation of your reservation" which one you can print in "My account" under "My bookings" Confirmed.
I've reserved my accommodation, but now I need to extend my stay. Whom should I contact?
If the accommodation you booked is available for additional nights, it will not be a problem to extend your stay. You should simply book online more nights and inform the Owner by e-mail about your extention.
How do I get the keys? Will somebody be there to greet me?
Upon receiving the Confirmation of your reservation, please contact the Owner via mail to discuss your arrival details. He or she will meet you at the property, give you the keys and help you settle in.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The balance payment (city tax and VATare included) must be paid directly to the property Owner in cash (either Euro or Kuna) upon arrival. If you, due to any reason would like to pay the remaining balance payment via bank transfer or by another option of payment, you must ask the Owner in advance if he/she is willing to accept that payment option.
What is the security deposit?
In some cases a security deposit is requested by the Owner (indicated in Rates and Confirmation of your reservation) and should be paid also in cash upon arrival at the accommodation unit. The security deposit is a guarantee for the service provider - Owner (or his/her representative) that the Renter (Guest) will not cause any damage to the accommodation unit or its contents. On the day of the Renter’s (Guest’s) departure, the entire amount of the security deposit will be refund by the Owner if the accommodation unit and its appliances are left in the same condition as were found upon arrival, without any kind of damage.
Why I have to pay my reservation deposit in kunas instead in euros?
Croatian kuna is still Croatian offical currency.“BAC”/Aurora Novus d.o.o. will charge your credit card for the reservation deposit at the time of your reservation confirmation and will be effected in Croatian currency Croatian Kuna (Kn). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
I've made reservation and decided to shorten my stay. Can the deposit I paid for the cancelled nights be applied to the balance due for the nights I stay?

How long will it take for my listing to be active online?
After you have made your own advert (listing) of your holiday rental on this website , you have to send Us Categorization license - "Rješenje o kategorizaciji", by fax or by e-mail. Soon after we checked up the documents and listing, your holiday rental will be active online.
When I form the rates, I have to include reservation deposit in the indicated rate. Am I correct?
Yes. You have to be aware that prices you indicate will be advertised, so you have to form the rate per accommodation per night which includes your preffered rate + reservation deposit of 20% (our fee). For example if you wish to receive 100 euros per accommodation per night, your indicated price should be 120 euros.
I have problem uploading my photos. Why?
Please be sure that your photos are in jpg format and do not exceed more than 5 Mb.
I would like to list my holiday rental on this website, but there is no place or town I can choose to proceed with my listing. What I should do?
I would like to have instant online booking for my holiday rental. What should I do?
Holiday rentals who have instant booking are more bookable online. You as an Owner have to keep your calendar updated regularly and if you prefer instant booking as way of booking for your holiday rental, please contact us .
